The “Admission List” and “Implementation Rules” fully dry the requirements and conditions of each location and industry access in Xiamen City, eliminate the space for free tailoring, and guide the project from the original blind site selection to the accuracy.The city’s in -depth promotion of the reform of various systems of environmental access provides basic support.
At present, the “Admission List” serves investment decision -making decisions, guides enterprises to actively benchmark, and supports the project accurately and rapidly.Data show that in the past three years, enterprises have independently researched and judged site selection through partition control application systems to avoid blind investment, which has reduced invalid investment of 840 million yuan.Since the implementation of the reform, more than 2,400 projects have benefited, and the cumulative cost savings have exceeded 100 million yuan.
